How we handle your profile
Catinity LLC works on its clients' Google Business Profiles as an authorised third party. We hold ourselves to fixed rules:
- ✓We only work on Business Profiles for which the owner has explicitly granted us access.
- ✓We notify you of any change we make to your account – such as adding another manager – within 48 hours, in a separate message.
- ✓You remain the owner of your profile and can revoke our access yourself at any time.
- ✓We follow Google's third-party policies and the guidelines for representing your business on Google.
- ✓We do not create profiles for businesses we do not represent, nor for locations that do not exist.
