Website changes: fast and affordable with AI

The opening hours have changed. A new employee should be in the team photo. A service has been added, another dropped. Each of these changes takes only minutes in substance. Still, many business websites show details that have been wrong for months.

How a change works in the Catinity portal

1. Describe: In the portal you open “Discuss a change” and write in your own words what should be different. For example: “The logo on the home page should be bigger.”
2. Questions: The AI asks about anything still missing for the order, such as which page, from when or in which language.
3. Draft order: The conversation turns into a draft with title and description. You can edit it before confirming.
4. Price up front: We review the order and come back with a price. Only after you agree do we schedule the work.
5. Preview: We make the change. You see the result in a preview before it goes live.
6. Approval: If everything fits, you approve and the change goes live. If something does not fit, you say so before any visitor sees it.

If you would rather write it down yourself than talk to the AI, you can also submit the request through a form. Before AI works on your project, we obtain the one-time consent of the owner of your company account.

What a change costs

You only pay for what you have changed: every change is charged according to effort at an hourly rate of €80, and you see the price before any work starts. Payment comes from your credit balance in the portal. Because the AI shortens the back-and-forth, a small change is done much faster today than it used to be.
