These terms apply to the use of the client portal at catinity.com and all services offered within it. By registering you accept them.

The portal keeps your company details in one place and, at your request, transfers them to external portals — for example to your Google Business Profile. Depending on the plan you booked, posts, review replies, images and analytics are included.

Which services are available to you depends on your booking. When a booking ends, access to that service ends with it.

You remain the owner of your business profiles at all times.

Catinity acts solely as a manager on your behalf. We do not create profiles in our own name, we do not claim ownership, and we do not withhold access.

You can revoke access at any time — in the portal via “Disconnect”, or directly in your account settings at the provider. When your contract ends we delete the stored access keys and revoke access at the provider. Your listings remain intact and under your control.

To maintain your listings, the portal needs access to your account at the respective provider. You grant this access yourself through the provider’s own sign-in procedure (OAuth). We never see your password.

We use the data obtained this way solely to provide the services you have commissioned. We do not pass it on to third parties, do not sell it, do not use it for advertising and do not analyse it for other purposes.

For your Google Business Profile, Google’s terms and policies apply in addition. Catinity is not a Google partner and is neither sponsored nor endorsed by Google.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for being entitled to dispose of the connected accounts and listings.

Content that violates applicable law or the policies of the respective portal may not be published through the portal.

Whether and when a provider adopts a change is decided by that provider alone. Portals review entries, delay publication or overwrite details from their own sources. Catinity has no influence on this and therefore owes no particular outcome in a third-party portal.

Nor do we owe any particular visibility, ranking or number of views.

Term and notice periods follow from your booking. After the contract ends, access to the booked service ends; stored access keys are deleted and revoked at the provider.

Catinity is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence, Catinity is liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

We may amend these terms where legally or operationally necessary. We will inform you of changes in text form in good time. If you do not object within four weeks, the changes are deemed accepted.

The law of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
